Delivery time
View the delivery time for all countries to which we send here. The delivery time is an indication, the actual delivery time can be different. To view the exact delivery time of your order, follow your order with your personal track & trace code. You will automatically receive this as soon as your order is been shipped. The delivery times do not include local customs clearance.
 
Please note that we will do everything in our power to honor your order in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. Many factors will influence shipping times and the courier will ultimately be responsible for delivery. Please contact the courier directly with any questions you might have once your order has been shipped. Courier contact information is available in the tracking notification emails.

Shipping costs
View the shipping costs per country here. The shipping costs depend on the weight of your order. During the checkout process the shipping costs are calculated automatically.
Orders with an order value from € 75 are shipped free of charge with DHL Parcel to: the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
 
Track your order
You can track your order here. Once your order has been shipped you will automatically receive an e-mail with your personal track & trace code. Enter this code on the website above to trace your package. Here you can also view the expected delivery time.
 
Return conditions
1. You can return your order within the trial period of 15 days. The trial period starts on the day you received the order.
2. All products are still in the original packaging / sealing and are unworn, undamaged, clean, and unused.
3. It is only possible to return products for a refund. Need a different size? Return your purchase and order the right size in the webshop.

Costs for returning
The costs for the return are for your own account. This depends on the weight and size of your return shipment.

How do I know if you have received my return?
Orders placed with account
In your account you can view the status of your return shipments. As soon as the status changes, you will automatically receive a message.
Order placed without account
As soon as the return shipment is handled you will automatically be informed of the status of your return shipment by e-mail.
 
How fast will I be refunded after returning?
We will refund you immediately after your return shipment has been approved. We have processed most of the returns within 10 working days after receipt. How fast the money will be on your bank account depends on your payment method:
 
iDEAL: within 3 working days
Credit card: within 10 working days
Paypal: within 6-10 business days
